Is there a setup fee or long-term commitment?

No setup fees, no minimum commitment. Start on the free plan, upgrade when ready, and cancel anytime. Enterprise customers can optionally commit to annual terms for volume discounts, but it's never required.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data remains intact when downgrading. However, if you exceed the storage limits of your new plan, you'll need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect. We'll never delete your data without explicit confirmation.

How is the free operations allowance calculated?

Your monthly allowance includes up to 1M events, 1M reads and 1M writes - each tracked and capped independently. This is included in both the free and paid plans and resets every month or billing period. You only pay for usage that exceeds each individual allowance.

What's included in Enterprise onboarding?

Enterprise plans include dedicated implementation support, custom integration assistance, architecture review, and an ongoing relationship with a dedicated success manager. We'll help you get set up correctly from day one and optimize your usage over time.

How do volume discounts work?

Enterprise customers can commit to annual usage volumes in exchange for discounted rates. The more you commit, the more you save. Contact our sales team to discuss a custom plan tailored to your specific needs.

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No credit card required. Sign up with just your email and start building immediately. We only ask for payment details when you're ready to upgrade beyond the free tier.

Can I switch between plans anytime?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time with immediate effect. When upgrading, you get instant access to higher limits. When downgrading, we prorate your billing so you never pay for more than you use.

How does fair usage work?

Fair usage is designed to prevent abuse, not limit legitimate use. It protects against things like crypto mining, DDoS attempts, or automated scraping. Normal business operations, even high-volume ones, are always welcome. If you're building a real product, you'll never hit fair usage limits.

Are any features restricted on the free plan?

All platform features are available on every plan – workflows, Stripe integration, identity management, unlimited webhooks, and more. The only difference between plans are usage limits, rate limits, and data retention.

What happens if I exceed my free tier?

Your account will be capped at the free tier limit until you upgrade. We never charge without your explicit consent. You'll receive notifications as you approach your limits, giving you time to decide whether to upgrade.
